Exam results day is always a stressful time for students, parents and teachers. And the pandemic has simply upped the ante for everyone.
This year teachers have had to play multiple roles. Not just a pastoral role and a teacher role but now, thanks to Teacher Assessed Grades, a role as examiner too. It’s a challenge that has undoubtedly impacted on the mental wellbeing of many in the profession.
