Cost
The full year cost of the photo import licence is £98.55. The initial term of your new licence will run from the month of purchase until 30th September 2025, to run alongside our SIMS annual entitlement year (1st October to 30th September annually). Following your submission of the below order form, the amount to be invoiced will be pro-rated based on the number of months from the month of purchase until 30th September 2025, charged at approximately £6.66 per month. VAT will additionally be charged at the prevailing rate.

Important note: Items will be invoiced upon receipt of order, all invoices payable within 30 days. For establishments outside of the UK, the licence cannot be provided until payment has been received.

Automatic renewals

Following the expiry of your initial term, your photo import licence will automatically renew on 1st October, with the licence running from 1st October to 30^th September each year. Cancellations must be received in writing at least 90 days’ prior to the start of the next annual entitlement period, meaning that any cancellations must be received by 30th June at the latest. We will send a pre-invoice statement during the Summer term to confirm the renewal cost and to give you an opportunity to cancel. If you do not return this statement or provide notice of cancellation then your licence will automatically renew for another year. By submitting the below form, you are confirming your acceptance of these terms.
