Access all schools with a single login

MAT leaders will soon be able to access all schools within their trust from a single login, providing a clear view of key information such as school phase, pupil numbers, attendance data, and Ofsted ratings. Dive deeper into each school’s analytics and seamlessly access individual school MIS to explore data on pupils, staff, and overall school performance.

Group schools into clusters for comparative analysis

This next release will empower MATs to efficiently group schools into clusters for enhanced comparative analysis. This feature will allow for more precise data filtering, streamlined target setting, and easier management of lookups across the trust, making it simpler to manage and analyse school sets within the system. 

Efficiently manage school sets and leverage them for various tasks, including at-a-glance cluster views, data filtering by clusters, setting up targets, managing lookups, and more.

Staff information

Easily search and view all staff records from a central location. Access basic information such as personal details, work information, timetable information, and absence records. For more detailed insights, drill down to individual school MIS. This functionality will be enhanced over time, providing a richer experience, including the ability to create MAT staff profiles.

Set attendance targets

Easily establish attendance goals for each school in your trust and set thresholds that trigger visual alerts if they are not met. Compare your schools' performance against national averages and historical data. 

We’ll be rolling out new functionality into 2025 and onwards as we build capability for MATs to set KPIs and targets, deploy group policies across all schools, integrate parent messaging, and more!
